wheel/tire size suggestions

Truck is a 99 ext. cab, 2wd, 4 cyl. Don't want to lower it, I haul and tow frequently. But, I want to stuff the widest possible wheel/tire combo on this truck, that won't rub during hard corners, or with a 350 LB sportbike in the bed.

I was considering the Bulletts, sinc etake offs are a dime a dozen here. I am partial to BBS, but their selections for this truck are minimal at best. This truck will never see mud or snow. Might see a dirt road here and there, but I was an SCCA instructor, so I can deal.

What is the best/ideal combo here? 16's, 17's, 18's, 19's?

I would go with a 17, and a 275/60 in the rear and a 255/60 in the front
