whats the largest tire size i can run safest on stock wheels?

i cant afford new rims at the moment but i HAVE to buy new tires to commute. i drive about 160 - 200 miles a week so im planning on getting a mud terrain that isnt too rugged. i have a 6 inch lift on my truck so i wanna do some light to medium wheelin while i have these tires. Then, later on i will buy some propper offroading wheels and tires.

from what i remember stock ranger wheels are 7 inch by 15? correct me if im wrong. So i wanna get some 33 by 10.5's. Do you think i will have any problems running cookie cutters like that on 7 inch wheels? Should i go bigger like 11.5? i dont want to do anything stupid so i turned to the brighest folks i may know.

What do ya think? discuss

You'll be fine with running 11.5 on 7 inch rims.
