Be wary of Dunlop RVXT tires for snow!
As this post says, DO NOT buy these tires if you plan on seeing any snow. This is the 3rd set of Severe weather snowflake rated tires I've had on the same truck, and by far the worst. I almost didn't make it out of Nelson, BC where I was staying for Christmas, and the trip home wasn't much more fun. Nothing like sliding down a hill towards parked cars!
It was interesting watching vehicles slide up and down the hills! Nelson has most of its North-South streets with a 10-14% grade, so probably one of the best place to test out winter tires. Just looking out the in-laws window having coffee, saw two pickups doing a tango as they spun down the hill.
Anyway, point being, these tires may look good but perform really poorly in snow! Great in rain, terrible in snow! Stay away!
