Trading my Cragars for Mickeys
#26
Wait til tomorrow, I will clean the truck up and get some pretty shots of it. These wheels are just so...bling. lol.
They definetly suit the truck. All the guys at the tire shop were oogling over the Coopers and commenting on the fancy rims and how much better it looked with the Mickeys than the Cragars lol.

Ok,so I went into town at like 11:30 tonight. It is freezing cold out, easily -25c. My hands literally went raw and numb being outside for like 5 minutes. I decided to get some flex pics and some showy-offy pics at the car wash and one of the school parking lots.
For over 250 000 miles, she looks almost mint! I could pass this off as a 150k mile truck.
Enough whoring. lol. Sorry if they are blurry or crappy. I was taking pics with and without the flash.

Dammit I'm being lied to! What other evils am I not being told about?! Blasphemy!
It would only make sense to me that salt isnt used as much for the fact that is is generaly colder and salt is pretty much useless below -20 or -25c.

I absolutely love the Coopers. They're really smooth around town and on the highway. They cut through snow like nothing else, but they are awful on ice and slush.
I can go places in 2wd now that I used to need 4x4 to get through. They were well worth the money.

No they salt the $hit out of the roads here and yes it is useless below -20 or -25c. Then when the temperature hits -15c the ice melts and turns into watery slush and then freezes at night when the temperature goes back down below -20c. Then that makes for really fun driving..... But since you'll be living south of Edmonton you most likely won't experience too cold of weather.... Still, let this be a warning to you.... YOU CAN'T ESCAPE THE SALT!!
