What grit sandpaper do y'all recommend? I've only polished the one so far and that was after 00 steel wool. I know they can look better with more work. Also have a little pitting where the clearcoat had started coming off before I used the clearcoat remover. How can this be fixed? Thanks for the comments. Id much rather have these than a new set, just because they are original Ford wheels.

It will probably take me till Christmas to finish mine, lol. It makes it much easier to take them off the truck to work on them.

I don't think I'll go back with a clearcoat. It will eventually come off again, and its really not that bad polishing them out with the powerball I picked up the other day. They look much better than the picture shows.

Polished is a lot harder than chrome. Chrome just washes off. Polished you have to buff them out once they get tarnished
