Photos of 3"BL only with 33"s
#6
I'm sure there are threads like this but I din't find any recent ones, and I just wanted some up to date photos, It seems like the only answer you get on here is " there are past threads like this, search." Nothing says you have to post. I'm new and I tried to search but couldn't find what I was looking for.
I don't mean to sound rude, don't take any offense, It's been a rough day at work.
Good looking truck John. I think when I install the BL it will look better if I can find some steps to hide the frame more.

Thanks for the compliment. As for hiding the frame, do you mean hiding the gap between the bed and the frame? If that is the case, it is an easy fix. They sell gap guards on many popular sites, such as www.summitracing.com, or you can make your own. I used vinyl material used for covering stairs which I bought at home depot for $15 if I remember correctly. It was quite easy.

Frame
Yeah I've seen those and heard you can use the rubber stuff for landscaping too, although I don't know what that would look like. I meant the frame showing underneath the cab, thats what bothers me, I may build a step, I really just don't like any of the common ones (westin, etc) I do like yours though those are factory huh? I would like that in a black.

The step bars that I have are from Ford, they were part of an appearance package. You can also get them black from Ford. They do hide the frame well when looking at the truck at a low angle.

if you want 35's and just a body lift. You will need to get fiberglass fenders and prolly a full torsion crank and some rear lift of some sort. then the correct amount of backspacing and tire width.
Then with that set up you should go through CV's like nothing and after about a year or more it would have been financially better to buy a superlift.
I have thought about this and researched it is just not a good idea.
