Where is the tire size chart?

Where or how can I view the "chart" in the chart of maximum tire size sticky????

I have a 2011 Ranger Sport 2WD with stock 235/75/R15. I'm looking to keep the rims, but looking to put on either 265/75R15 or 31x10.5R15 without modification (aside from adjusting the torsion bars). I would prefer the 31s...

New wheels & tires day!

I've been watching Offer Up, Craigslist & Marketplace for a few months now in hopes of finding a wheel & tire set that was in good shape & cost effective. Luck struck last night when these became available!

Truck: '98 XLT, 4.0, Automatic, 4wd
Wheels: American Racing AR23 machined w/ clear coat fisnish 15x8, -19mm offset, 3.75" backspacing
Tires: Pro Comp Xtreme MT 2 31x10.50R15
Suspension: Stock torsion keys turned 3 turns to level the front with the rear. Rancho RS5000X extended length shocks part # RS55374. (If Bilsteins are better, please provide a part # for the extended length ones)

It rides great and ZERO rubbing. Plenty of room for 32x11.50 or 33x10.50

Looks great!

Share if there’s any highway performance in overdrive? It’s expected but tolerable. Mine is a similar setup and I don’t (can’t or won’t) use OD anymore (190k miles might have something to do with it)

The truck came with 265/75r15 which measure out to 30.5x10.5 and are the metric equivalent to 31x10.5....31's even measure at 30.5" in diameter. It's all the truck's ever known. The performance has been fine for the last 26 years. The new wheels are 1" wider but the tires overall diameter is identical to the 31's that have been on there before. Not sure how there will be any highway speed performance differences using stock size tires.

This is what was on it before:

Hope it was a great buy. looks great.

I’d swear the pics make the tire’s look oversized in the lift. I’ll get new glasses.

One inch on my red lady made a noticeable and expected difference. I don’t remember all the dims. It wasn’t pushing any boundaries according to others here.

What size tires are on yours? I looked into 32's but think it would be pushing it with the 3.73's. Keeping with 31's. The used wheels and tires ran me $300 and the tires have about 12k treadlife left. They will work until I get some all terrains on there.

Hi there. New here. I have read this entire post. I have 1999 Ranger XL 4WD stock suspension and tires and wheels(15") I would really like to put some bigger tires on it. I have seen everyone going with the usual taller and wider combinations, but I am interested in the taller and skinny combinations. I see Kenda, Superswamper has 33X9.50X15 and a few other manufactures have even taller tires in the 9.5-10" range. Has anyone tried these on a stock Ranger? I really dont want tires sticking out of my fenders.
If there is a thread about this here I apologize for not finding it.
Thanks in advance.

PS. Its not what you think. I was in the garbage business for 18 years!!

How does yours look like this and vb2ner, on page 4 with his white 99 XLT, looks like the tires barely fit in the wheel well. You both have the same tires but i think his are 15x8 wheels.
I'm now wondering what my 2008 Ranger 4x4 will look like with the same 33x12.5R15 size. I'm gonna crank T-bars but that only lifts the front. Your truck looks like a full 1.5inch lift.

The white one is a 2wd. Edmunds shows a natural 1.1” ground clearance vs the XLT 4wd . It might not seem like much, maybe a partial answer. Poke at dimensions here:
