x2. If you ride road most of the time with a little offroad mixed in this is the best tire for you. Kick *** in everything, dry, wet, rain, snow, sand, even mud.

My step moms has a set on her Xterra and they have a 100,000 mile warranty. You are gonna get a good tire for the price.
There are better out there but for what you pay you will get a solid tire.

Hankook is the correct spelling. They're South Korean. They're standard equipment on suchs vehicles as Hyundai, Kia, and Korean-made Suzuki and GM products.
I think their OEM lineup speaks for itself.
As for the performance, they're a lot like most Korean products...they are copied off of successful European and American designs, made cheaper in Korea, and sold worldwide and passed off as the real deal. The quality is decent and they hold up well. They're not ranked very highly in anyone's reviews, but they're a solid middle performer.
The only Hankooks I've encountered were in a fleet at a company I previously worked for. They were mounted on F450's and they did alright in terms of wear and handling. They were extremely cheap new (like 1/4 the price of others).

I auto cross (SCCA SOLO Event) on Hankook RS2's and they are great for that application. They have a 200 tread wear ratting which is fairly soft. Probably not good for off roading though. I also know peopel that use the RS2's as street tires with no complaints. Lady I auto cross with has them on her 05 Impreza and uses them daily as well as auto crosses.

Just like all Korean products, the quality control is not quite up to par. They perform well and are hard to beat in the "bang for the buck" category, but the last pair of them I got both developed bulges in a year. I got them replaced under warranty, but it just shows the QC involved. One bad batch got out, and I got two of them. On the other hand, the other two tires on the car are Hankooks from the factory, and with over 110K on them, they are still holding up.
