20" rims with 31" terra grappler tires????
I have a 94 splash ex-cab 4x4
looking to see if anyone knows if I will be able to fit these rims and tires on my stock suspension:285/50/20 nitto terra grapplers which are 31.22 inches by 11.42 wide
the wheels are 20x8.5 witha +35 offset.
I dont want to lift much if not needed. more of an on road cruiser, with occoaisional light trail duty so rubbing at the extremes of suspension travel is OK.
Not interested in a body lift either, will do coils and new leafs out back worst case.
Any one have some 1st hand knowledge?
Ps will be doing a 5.0 swap later this yr and need to know if that will require new springs to prevent rubbing then due to the weight

looks. like i mentioned i am nhot an offroader. I bought this truck for the sole intention of a v-8 swap and the ability to keep the 4x4. i am not into big lifts nor massive offroad tires. I did like this set up though. I have an 01 lincoln ls (dailey driver)with 20" rims on it as well and it hasnt lost a bit of zip nor stopping distance, besides, I plan on buying forged wheels which are lighter (ie; centerline has a nice site that explains this). i also plan to do a 95+ front brake upgrade and a rear disc swap as well
