Shackles or lift blocks??

Shackles or lift blocks??
I dunno if lift shackles or lift blocks would be easier or better on my truck. Any suggestions?

lift shackles would be easier if your strong enough to pull the leaf springs down haha

shackles, just need a jack that goes quite high

or a long 4x4 to put on the jack... thats how us rednecks roll

EASY:: all you need to do is take your jack that came with your truck wedge it in between your leaf spring an body and crank it, it will push the spring down.
