Lifting rear bumper after bodylift

I have had a bodylift on my truck since November. At the time I put it on, I recieved the wrong lift kit. I was given one for a 88-92 Ranger, which didn't come with the bumper brackets. I went back to the shop and had the brackets purchased and given to me, as well as the other parts that I didn't recieve. I have the front bumper lifted, but not the back. It looks really horrible, and I don't have the instructions on how to put the brackets on to lift it. I have the brackets and hardware, so if someone could show with pics or tell me exactly how to get them on, I would appreciate it greatly.

if you have a hitch then leave the bumper alone and get some diamond plate to fill the gap with

No hitch. Got something bigger to tow things with, so Im not worried about it being functional. Want it lifted.

I've seen several trucks around here with the diamond plating, and i think it looks killer.
