Leveling Up or Down...

I cant decide if i want to raise the front or lower the rear of my 07 2WD. I use it as a truck and drive it 100miles a day on bad roads. My question here isnt asking what you think i should do, its more of how can i achieve them depending on what i decide.

What can i do you raise the front level with the rear?

If i level the rear i plan to just flip the rear spring rear hanger. How much does it lower the rear? Can stock length shocks be used after i flip it? Affect ride as all?

I donno if 2wd have blocks in the back. But you might be able to lower the rear by removing them.
