leveling kit vs. T-crank

Not sure which way I want to go, doing some homework... I just want the front leveled to match the rear. Seen a great deal on some 33x12.5x15, want to know if that would be all I have to do to accomodate the front end...

i think leveling kits are coil spring suspension and t bar crank obviously is for torsion bars so it depends which suspension u have to do which one.
