larger tires locking up my ABS???

Gawd...common sense people!
Screw the technical ****! If the hat is too big for you're head, it still fits!
Larger tires will ONLY make the speedometer off. Granted, there may be more rolling weight, also the larger diameter of the tire will cause the truck to perform at a slower rate of acceleration AND increase stopping distances similarly -- but by NO means will it keep you're ABS from activating.
That would be a lawsuit in the making.

I have this problem with my truck...
Every so often my ABS light will come on wile mostly turning a sharp corner & stay on until I shut my truck off, if that light does not come on then under 10 MPH the ABS will "kick in" & start kind of pushing my foot off the brake pedal. This happens EVERY time unless that ABS light is on...

Why does the ABS light get kicked when I go offroading? It's just a temporary thing, lasts maybe 15 mins.. is it b/c the back wheels are going way faster than the fronts and abs thinks they should rotate the same? or maybe just being caked in mud? I just don't wanna screw it up, but it happens pretty much every wheeling trip I go on.. I've taken out the front sensors and they look fine.

Its probably lighting up because the ABS is trying like hell to compensate for you sliding to a stop on dirt and rocks. I believe John Griggs or Bob Rwensing came up with a nice relay setup to disable the ABS and have it come back one next time you start the truck. Do a search on it.
