I have a superlift, how do I get the parts for coilover conversion??

I know there's a long thread on installing the coilover conversion but I was wondering if it's still possible to get all the parts i need?

Where do i buy them?
What do I need to fabricate?

upper and lower brackets for each side, 4 gussets, 2 spacers (machined piece) and hardware.

where to get it, don't know

what coil over to use...i saw some guys using fox....but is there a cheap alternative?

anybody got a picture of the bracket installed...i cant figure out how the top one goes
