How do I determine if I have type 1 torsion bars?

Sorry if this is a stupid question. I searched and didn't see it answered but it sounds like the type 1 are desirable?

I've got an '01 4x4 supercab w/offroad...not sure if that makes a difference.

door tag under 'SPR'.....should say something like BBKK or 11CC or 11kk....first digets are the front spring rates(aka torsion bar). Second set of digits are the rear spring rates.
