fabtech spindle lift $

the price quote i got for fabtech spindles, AAL and shocks installed was $1200. is this reasonable or should i buy doestech and have some guys from here help me install it? ill have the 1200 at the end of either this month or next. i was gonna get gears, but i think ill do the lift now and gears and tires later. i have 32s right now so it wont look funny. and how are fabtech's shocks? i can get bilsteins for an extra $120

get whatever brand spindles you want but dont pay an extra 600 or so to have them installed. im sure theres enough members from cali that are willing to help and have plenty of experience with spindle lifts. and personally id just go with the bilstein shocks, but im sure the fabtechs are ok too.

yeah...thats is way too much. Are you aiming at getting nothing but fabtech? I spent about 350 on parts. I never had my stuff installed at a shop but i was quoted 200 and that included shocks. i'd say look around....and yeah im sure there would be people near you willing to help.

www.sporttrucksuspension.com is where i got my parts if your not to picky about brands.

Go with Fabtech, it's just better than douschetech. I have procomp shocks so I'm to sure on how the Fabtechs perform but my brother has them and there just an entry level shock. As far as paying the extra 600 for install, don't do it. Alot of us along with myself can help you. Next weekend I'm going down to Ranger's house for the BL install. I you have the spindles by then you should come by.

i dont think ill have them by then, but by the end of the month i should. i guess ill build my own lift 'kit'. shackles and AAL froom justin ($60), fabtech spindle ($450) and bilstein shocks (around $200). so thats about $700. and we can do install. whats the cam and bolt kit, do i need it?

jared let me know when the meet is, i can probably come help if im not working.

I think I paid 400 for my pro comp spindles

heres the cheapest fabtech stuff I have found http://performancelifts.com/cgi-bin/cart/FTSEDGE.html
they let you buy individual pieces instead of buying a whole kit

2wd kits
