Damn. I wish I had $520 laying around for those fox shocks. I was looking at the Rancho RS999287. They are the 9000xl's with adjustability and 31.5" ext/18.5" collapsed. I would have to press out the bushings or atleast the sleeves to make them fit though. Decision decisions. Thanks for the find on those Fox's!

Somehow I missed this before, but the information needed to be bumped anyway, so here it is:
Pricing:
Kit with powdercoated brackets: $290
Kit with raw brackets: $270
Shipping:
$17 US
$46 Canada
Kit includes:
4 brackets (2 upper, 2 lower)
4 gussets to reinforce shock tower
2 shock tower spacers for upper mounts
8 rod end spacers (for 1/2" wide rod ends--like Fox)
All hardware to install--grade 8 zinc plated
Stainless steel hardware is available for an additional $30
What else you will need:
2 coilover shocks
2 coil springs
2 limit straps and brackets
What you may need:
Bump stops if you are lifting your truck at the same time, but if you already have a Superlift, or if you are remaining at stock height, you can reuse what you have. You simply need to trim back the bracket on the frame where the bump stop mounts, so that the coilover will clear it. You then redrill a hole in the remaining part of the bracket and mount the bump stop further in.
To order:
1. Send payment to sbeau1 (at) metrocast (dot) net.
.......include in your instructions that it's for Ranger coilover brackets, if you want powdercoated or not, and your R-F user name
2. Post in this thread that you've sent payment.
3. check in on the thread for updates.
4. Post pics of your install!

Hey guys, it's been a while since I've been on here, but I wanted to let you know that I've got a batch of these at the powdercoat shop right now. They should all be ready in about a week.
I've been doing these made to order, but I had to change shops, and it's too expensive to have them coated 1 or 2 at a time, so with the last few orders, I had about 5 extra made. They'll be ready to ship sometime next week.
As always, email is the best way to get me.

No rush though. I know you typically wait until you have a couple orders in.
Thanks sooo much for continuing to make this conversion kit available for us all!! This is huge!!

Lol just collecting parts.
Thanks man. It'll be a bit before I get them installed though. Next on the list is a superlift. I'd like to get the lift on this summer and then get some coilovers after that.

Coilover prices
just got off the phone the down south motors and they were very helpful finding the fox 2.0 coil overs with 5" travel. My only concern is the price. Has anyone found a cheaper alternative compared to the $700 shocks from dsm? He said he couldn't send me a link to the exact shocks due to the hardware they place on them being special. So I'm unable to search part numbers through other stores. Thank you all!

i bought mine from down south motor sports, fox 2.0 part number 980-02-040. their remote reservoir, 5 inch travel. I dont have a lift. I didnt get the coils from them. I bought eibach coils from summit racing. I dont think youre gonna find a place much if any cheeper thats gonna valve the shocks for ya and set them up the way u want. I think it was 600$ if i remember correctly. The rear fox shocks i bought from them are also remote res, part no. 980-02-032, 10 inch travel, 244$ a piece.
