Guys have been using anything from like 600 to 750 pound springs (a few even lower) - It's almost a preference type thing.
But like '01RangerEdge' already mentioned to you - I would think you want to start at the 750lb setup and go from there (Due to your plow).

To clarify for some, and get it on the latest page:
Latest Pricing:
Kit with powdercoated brackets: $290
Kit with raw brackets: $270
Shipping:
$17 US
$46 Canada
Kit includes:
4 brackets (2 upper, 2 lower)
4 gussets to reinforce shock tower
2 shock tower spacers for upper mounts
8 rod end spacers (for 1/2" wide rod ends--like Fox)
All hardware to install--grade 8 zinc plated
What else you will need:
2 coilover shocks
2 coil springs
2 limit straps
You may need bump stops if you are lifting your truck at the same time, but if you already have a Superlift, or if you are remaining at stock height, you can reuse what you have. You simply need to trim back the bracket on the frame where the bump stop mounts, so that the coilover will clear it. You then redrill a hole in the remaining part of the bracket and mount the bump stop further in.

I would like to see how they put Kevlar on a bolt. The threads on the nut and the socket/wrench you use would chew it all off.
Deisel_brad, I have 800lbs with would work great for you application. Look for my "for sale" thread. It would save you a couple bucks. They are just taking up space in my garage.

Sorry my bad, on the 95-97 explorer theres kevlar on the key thats bonded to it. 98-up have a kevlar pad between the key and mount. The key with kevlar bonded to it is now a discontinued item.

Guys in the red, please contact me ASAP and let me know what is going on. Otherwise, I'm going to first come, first serve. I hate to do this, but I've already paid for everything. I can't sit on these.

If you had the full Superlift setup, you would use a different length coilover as well as a different length spring with the same rating (if you want).
I know I have posted the specific part numbers (that people have confirmed work) multiple times over the past 2+ years this thread has been going on for.

I get confused when you say 'lift brackets'...

Thanks for filling me in. And YES this thread is full of info, just hard to find it all.
Are there any specifications as to lift(hard measurements and point to measure from) the Coilovers give and how much the Lift(superlift brackets) give?
I just dont want to waist my time if it will not raise the truck over its current height(21" from center cap to fender flare(front), 23" from center cap to fender flare(rear)

This coilover conversion on a stock truck doesn't provide any real lift at all. You can only get about what you get out of a healthy torsion bar crank - perhaps a little more, but you still run into bad CV angles in a hurry.
This coilover conversion on a Superlifted truck doesn't gain you anything over what a standard Superlift truck with a torsion crank can give you.
Now sure, if your torsion bars are sagged - you will gain the original height back - but only to the same extent that replacing your sagged torsion bars with a new set of bars would.
This coilover setup is all about the quality of the ride.
This setup will ride much smoother than a cranked torsion bar setup would (height vs. height).

That is kinda what i am trying to figure out. How bad are my 2 year old torsion bars. It doesnt seem like they took the abuse. I am wonding if the coil overs(with the correct springs) will keep the "lift" unlike it seems the torsion bars have Not

You were overloading the stock torsion bars, that's why they sagged. So, as long as you don't overload the coilover springs, they won't sag.
On a coilover setup you can always increase the spring rate if they do sag some - they are relatively cheap.
That's part of the joy of coilovers - They are fully customizable.

Sure, if you have the proper springs up front they won't sag.

My front axle rating is 2710lbs. I would guess I would at least need coils to cover that, if not more so I would need 1,355lb coils?
