does anyone have more detailed drawings with the location of the bole holes? the guy who was making the brackets at orw isnt with them anymore thats the whole reason they stopped from what i understand. these brackets are easy to make and weld but without the exact location of the holes it makes it kind of difficult to make them proper.

Besides material thickness, what else do you need to know? The drawing shows the bolt holes, lengths, and all needed pieces. The brackets don't have to be made exactly like the picture. You have some room to get creative and change the design.

The length of the coil-over's is dependent upon each individual’s set-up. So it would be best to contact Off Road Warehouse or other knowledgeable off-road store to buy the coil-over's and springs. You cannot buy the correct Fox coil-over's on ORW's website anyway. They have to be ordered from an ORW salesperson over the phone.
I will see if I can't compile a list of information for people interested in a coil-over conversion.

You have some wiggle room in the design. The brackets don't have to be made exactly like the drawing. But, yes, it would be nice if someone could do that.
