When I had an AAL in my 87 I used stock bolts.

I'd opt for the block if you don't want to stiffen up the ride.

I got rid of mine and went with shackles. I like the shackles alot better than the AAL.

I was gonna do the shackle until I found out it moves the axel forward or rear slightly (I forget which). I decided to use the AAL as I wanted the extra payload ability. The rise doesn't bother me too much since I have t-bars and it's a truck not a sports car.

Summit has ubolts no? I got mine locally. Try checking out alignment places. Some of them will make them for you. I had mine made for 20. Blocks off road are really only bad when you stack them. If you just replaced the smaller ones for a larger block, you'd be ok.

Go to your local auto parts store for the u-bolts... if they can't order them then they'll at least be able to tell you who makes them locally!
