95 B3000 2WD front tire leaning

Hi all, My trucks right front driver side wheel is leaning in at the top of the wheel and the tire is ruined with excessive wear on it.How and what should I check for to diagnos the problem and or fix.I havent been having any vibration , puttling or noises that I have noticed. It is obvious that tire is leaning though. Thanks ahead of time . I have the 3.0 engine and a manual trans.

check all the front suspension components...jack the truck up and check for play in the suspension...how many miles are on it
