89 2wd Full width.

So like the title says Im wondering if anyone has done this. I have searched a few ranger sites with no luck. Picked up an 91 f-150 2wd and plan to swap front ttb off f-150 on to my ranger. Will also be swapping in rear axle. Any pics or build thread. I figure with a little enginuity it can be done. 351w to come also. This might just turn into a build thread. Thanks y'all.

Why would you do a ttb? Why not do a straight axle? Are you planning for it to be 4wd? You will need more then just the axle. You will need a tcase as well.

The F150 is also a lot wider then the ranger so the tires will stick way out. A little more info might help us help you.

Ok sorry for that thought i had the just of the info. I will be keeping the ranger 2wd. I have a set of prerunner fenders and bedsides from glassworks. Going for a prerunner look. Now can i widen the coil buckets to make up for wider stance or just do coil overs

If you want all out prerunner get equal length beams. But that will run you a nice chunk of change.

Yea looked into them but that's a bit steep for me. Rather build my own setup. Pride and savings
