This was a bad IDEA

Mocking up the steering right now using 3/4 heim joints. I might have to get a track bar riser bracket just to get the drag link and track bar at the same angle.

Got track bar riser installed the drag link and track bar are at exact angles. Check out the pictures I had to snap shots above and below the drag link just to get a picture showing the track bar and drag link. Also got the front drive line installed. I am still waiting for my brake line adapters. Hopefully it will be on the road in the next week or two.

( radius arms , coil buckets, coils, lower coil retainers, C caps, C bushings, shackles, wheels, tires, hiem joints, tubing, axles, gears, rear locker, track bar bracket, brake lines, front drive line) I still need shocks and a rear drive line. It might seem like a lot of money but I refuse to use junk yard CRAP like others I have seen. Anyone can build a FRANKENSTEIN by slapping a bunch of crap together.

Lookin slick man. Love the JD blue, always been a fan. Someday I hope to do the same with my Mazda B4000.
That trac bar bracket wouldn't happen to be that new one supposedly in development that is supposed to be coupled with their new RBV/EB coil buckets would it? Whats the part number on that bad boy?
Or is it one of the older ones listed here: http://www.jamesduff.com/eb/traction...abilizers.html
Keep up the CLEAN work, just how I'd do it. Not a fan of junkyard parts builds either (though sometimes those parts are cheap and can be redeemed with a good coat of paint and little to no modification).

93gpt,
I LIKE IT ! Will it fit the 2001 and up ?
Do you have a list of the parts ?
Would be interesting to see what parts and what they cost and compare the 4-link to the radius arms suspension.
Me I like the 4-link but think I would stay with the radius arms.
Also, do you know the width of the D44 ball joint to ball joint ?
Thks ahead of time for the info, this is interesting.
Now I need to figure if it will fit an 03 short bed.

Also, in your opinion, what are "U-Joints” ?
U-Joints to me are the flexible links in the driveshaft and have nothinig to do with the Knuckles on the Axle Tubes but are part of the Axle shafts...
