I would say you have a vacuum leak. Check all your vacuum lines and if possible ( you can carefully check using carb or break cleaner sprayed around the intake at each gasket to see if the idle changes at all ) the intake / plenum gasket(s) . There is a outside chance the MAF could be the issue but not as likely. You can get some MAF cleaner and clean it if you want .

I only had it for a couple weeks.has never had any low end power even with the po.if i start off going up a hill i have to rev it up and kinda ride the clutch till it starts moving good..but it seems to run fine till it gets to normal operating temp and sometimes when it is at normal it runs good.
