HO2S resistance specification

HO2S resistance specification
Last week, my 99 Ranger gave me the check engine light with 4 codes, 1409, 1451, 0135 and 0141. After a little searching through this forum and other web resources, I found the fuse that supplies power to these items (EGR regulator solenoid, EVAP control solenoid and both O2 sensors) and found it was blown. I replaced the fuse and it blew shortly afterward.
Both solenoids show resistance readings within specifications, so now I suspect one of the O2 sensors may have a shorted heater. What should the resistance reading be for these and does anyone know what pins on the connector are for the heater elements?
Any assistance in troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated. My gas mileage is suffering from this issue.
Thanks,
Bruce

I finally determined which component was blowing the fuse by process of elimination and going through several fuses. Disconnecting one item at a time then starting the vehicle. O2 sensor before the converter was blowing the fuse.
Now comes the fun part, getting the old sensor removed. 186K miles on this truck and it's not wanting to let loose.
