Fuel economy
I have a 99 mazda b2500 2wd 5spd and I can only get roughly 250 miles to the tank. Everything seems good when I check it or clean it. Running out of ideas. Truck only has 92k on it. I've replaced filters, spark plugs and wires, after cat o2 sensor, dpfe sensor, cleaned the maf Etc.

Depending on your driving conditions 21-24MPG is about right for a 1999 2.5l Lima engine
Short trips kill MPG because choke is on, yes fuel injected engines are still "choked" for cold running
Best MPG happens after 10minutes of driving, engine warmed up, and at a steady speed
You have a manual so keep RPMs above 1,800 unless stopped, under that and you will be lugging the engine, so out of the power band and wasting fuel
Make sure tires are inflated to spec. under inflated causes lower MPG
You can install a Vacuum gauge in the cab, best MPG happens at the highest Vacuum you can maintain at speed, not at idle, thats 0mpg, lol
