How often should differential fluid be replaced for 1994 B2300? Please advise.

Regarding the fluid change interval, that would depend on the differential.
First thing you want to do is identify which differential your truck has. The door jamb sticker will have an "Axle" code, but in some cases the rear may have been changed. There should be a tag on the diff cover attached to one of the bolts.
Here are some links for differential identification. These are mostly for the Ford Ranger so I don't know if the info would be the same for a 1994 B2300, but it might give you a starting point.

It's important to determine if you have an Open diff, or a Limited Slip diff, since the LS would need Friction Modifier added with the lube.

* Diff GearOil, Add Modifier If LimitedSlip, Inspect+Clean Vent & ReTorq\ReSeal Cover As Needed
* Suspension Inspect+Repair As Needed
* BrakePads+Rotor Inspect+Replace As Needed
* TransferCase Fluid
* Transmission Fluid + NewFilter + NewPanGasket + BandAdjust
* Coolant + ThermoStat + Radiator\PressureCap
Severe\Towing service or extreme heat or water intrusion may require more frequent intervals.
