Pretty much like the title says, and I'm puzzled. This morning I drove to Sheetz for food and shut my truck off. Getting back intO it about 15 mins later I start it and it does nothing no attempt no lights nothing. Seemed to me like a completely dead battery. So I pop te good and wiggle the terminals just to check and inspected under the hood for cut wires smoke anything and found nothing. Seconds later I attempt to restart with luck and succeeded. But it was different then usual. It idled lower for a few seconds and my head unit was set to am like it was when I installed it and my head unit was " brand new again" and I also realized my check engine light was gone which was on prior to it not starting for about 3 months Which was because I believe the maf sensor. Can anyone help me decipher what happened, why it happened anything that I might need to get checked out. This is a 97 ranger 2.3 5 speed 2wd 180k miles. Thanks a bunch in advance
