looks like fun! if i was runnin a 4x4, i'd be doin that!

oh i recommend paint on the box. i used rustoleum professional gloss black in a can. used a foam roller to apply it. it's 100x better than spray paint i had.

okay ill keep that in mind
it just looks like that, because it was on one of my dads old work truck rangers. and its been on the side yard since probably 2001 lol
i just dont want to have to strip all the old paint off it, its going to be a PITA

i painted over a polished one that used to be on a pool truck. so you can imagine what it looked like. i just used a scotchbrite pad, washed it with dish soap to clean up the surface some, then rolled my paint on. it's not the ultra-smooth finish, but it's pretty tough. i think much more durable than the average spray paint.

okay cool
ill try and do that once i get back to vegas and have a garage to work in lol
also, i think im only going to repaint the lid. the rest of the box is fine since it didnt have sunlight beating directly down on it

i have to say, thats probably the tippiest i've ever felt my truck. but it is nice to know its limits a bit better now. that was probably the most extreme obstacle i've had to get through lol

Wow, just wow.
Just proves how a good spotter, and a good driver make the vehicle, not the other way around.
