Slaughter House Gulch (4 wheelin Pics) Not 56k friendly
So today I went up to slaughter house to do some wheelin (first wheelin trip with this truck) and am very pleased with how it handled. Actually surprised how much clearance it has at stock height.
Anyways here are the pictures.
Here I am parked at the entrance letting some Cherokees get up the trail so I don't catch up to them.
Scenery Shot about 1000 ft into the trail
Shot of my truck with some trees in the background
POSER SHOTS
Some pics where I ate my lunch at about half way through the loop
About a 40 degree descend took some pics cause I can
Those who have been on this trail should know what this hill is. A very slick, steep hill with some tall rocks to get in the way.
This pic here is about 2/3 of the way up the hill
And here is what happens if you do not strap things down good enough in the bed before attempting such hill.
And that's about it. Took about 2 hrs to do the loop, but couldn't get much pics because I was having to much fun.

The trail was real easy to get to the loop. But once at the loop and about half way through is where the trail became real steep and very slick. I had to use the 4x4 for those and the deep ruts and tall rocks along the trail. I was actually very surprised my rockers didn't get beat up as close as the rocks were getting, but once I took a look underneath when I got home, my exhaust system is pretty dented up and all my skid plates took a beating especially the one for the torsion bar bolts.
