For a tow rig? Youll get to your destination 3 weeks later than anything else lol. Although you could carry like a months worth of supplies with that thing.

I just about bought one the other day, but I don't have a place to park it other than out of the farm 45 miles away, my mom wouldn't be happy on that sitting out front either would the neighbors and if I bought one I would drive it all the time, just because I can....

most deuce and a halfs come with the rotor and calipar on the diffferential. you have to have brakes all the way around for it to be street legal. if it's street legal you lucked out. that's an expensive conversion.

Nice find though.

this has normal brakes..so its street legal just the height and width is what we are worried about..

Josh -- the truck has a new motor in it from 91 it has like less then 1000 but of course more on the truck itself but not many hours..the motor is clean no leaks or old age cracking on rubber pieces..ill snap a pic of it

I know a guy drives around here drives, his around all the time, but his is stock as he bought it from the auction. The military drives them on the street here and the cops don't pull them over, so if they pulled me over driving one I would be mad. lol

ah -- its like a 50 gallon tank and i think it got like 300+ out of it so like 10-14 i think..which isnt BAD for what you got..but loosing the weight of the axle, and shorting the frame and bed took out a lot but putting it back in with tires so it equals out im hoping to get near the same as before but we will see...

Nice. There's a guy at my community college who drives one everyday. It's funny seeing 1/2 ton pickups park around it. It really puts it into perspective. I can't wait to see it with the tires!

Pinion brakes are an aftermarket thing. These trucks come with Monster drums.
