Cut the Bedsides, now i took the doors off....
whats next???
it was so f***in PIMP!
i passed 6 cops, didn't get pulled over
it was 20-30º when the sun was still out... then we drove about 70mph out of town to have a killer bond fire and do some muddy hill climbs , not as much mud as i would have expected got into the truck. hardly any at that actually.
those things are HEAVY to carry across a parking lot and up to the second floor... never mind having to hold steady while the other person puts the bolts in
hahahahahha

I dunno if I wanna make quick d/c's for the wiring and just pin the doors so they come off easier or make half doors for the summer time. I gotta get my pig running first though.

Running without the doors on a four door Super Cab might not be such a good idea. Because there is no B pillar, the doors really need to be there in a wreck for structural integrity. It could also cause the body to flex more during normal driving. Just some things to take into consideration.

and i was being careful... kinda haha i got sideways a few times and was like eeeeeek
i just cut all the wires, as we speak i'm getting ready to head out and get some of those 4-pin trailer wire connectors for the wires..
can anyone tell me why one speaker needs 4 wires? or is it wired for power windows or power locks already?

I know in Pa. I asked a cop who wrote me a ticket for not having a rear bumper about running with no doors and he said you can as long as there is a 3"-4" lip, ?to kinda keep your feet inside the cab I guess?, that is was okay.

that and i'm going to get some square tubing just to make some tube doors... or attempt to

Gotcha, I think I'm gonna go the half door route just so I could put some junk speakers in it and not have to worry about a door lip. It'd be nice to find a set of sonic blue doors to cut but don't think that'll happen.

i was like 1/2 of the way done on the first one and i was like... do i really want to do this?.... too late now haha

and once its sas'd im going to get some 36/37/38s and run those.. so i just did what needed to be done, a few months in advance

looks awesome, i love how big your truck looks in that side pic...
and yeah youre going to get alot of **** from people about how dangerous it is, but f**k them. its more dangerous not to wear a seat belt than to run without doors on
much safer than in a single cab that has zero roof support

Seeing as you went ahead and cut your rear fenders out, running even up to a 38 will clear just fine. You see my truck. I only opened my fenders up because I was removing the body lift. If you want the extra lift from the body lift, then by all means go for it. Just in heinsight for myself, I'd vote you stay without a body lift.
Again, just my .02 dood..
