So... Chewbacca (yes... I name my vehicles) got a new set of shoes today.
First, how my truck got it's name:
My wife commented that the license plate spelled "wookie", and the name has stuck.
The new shoes:
Michelin X Radial LT - these are the Costco/Sam's edition of the highly rated LTX M/S. I actually looked at both and liked the tread on these better. It's more aggressive. They ride so much better than the junk Contitrac's that were on it and bald at 25K. Kind of wish I had gotten 235/75/15's though. Would have filled out the wheel wells better.
Some flex. Darn, it got dark fast.
The truck, fresh from the car wash

Thanks guys!
As far as dropping it goes... I don't think I'll probably do that - I like lifted trucks if they're 4X4's, but lowered trucks (excepting some 80's Japanese trucks, like what Crazymikey has) just aren't my thing.
I've got a set of Sport alloys in my garage. Waiting for some TPMS sensors so they'll get mounted, and the Steelies will be shod with winter tires. I'm not looking forward to the 4X2 in our winters. Ugh.
