ByeBye DSG... helloooo black on black

Looks too boney and like said above, cheap. I always liked it with the first set of wheels because it didn't look like every other truck on here, but have to agree with wyldechild, the eagles are a really sweet wheel on these trucks. Oh well, it's yours and you can do whatever you want.....just don't put a big *** DC sticker on it.

Yes, there are 8-10 holes that are drilled in the fender to hold the flares. Unfortunately the flares are known for rubbing into the paint, so you will also have a distinct line where the flare used to sit.

I'm going to be ripping mine off soon and I'm hoping to help out the shop with as much info as I can from people who have done this before. I won't be doing the work - not my think.
Thanks again.

Not my truck, and looking at the pictures, the OP didn't do anything with the holes since they're still visible as is the line left from the flares.
However, welding is probably the best solution for filling the holes. I've seen it done before, but can't remember where. Because of this, each panel will probably have to be repainted. A good painter may be able to blend it in, but it depends on the color and the age of the truck.
