Good to hear that they take care of thier customers!
I have 2 of the 8k Smillybilts, one permanently mounted to my bumper and the other has a multi mount set-up so my buddies can use it or I can in my rear hitch. The multi-mount one has been used in about 7-8 extractions and my new one has only been tested and not used actually wheeling yet. They are a decent winch if you use it as an "insurance" type of winch. I wouldn't trust it to hang my truck off of waterfalls/ledges like guys out here do. In that case the $1k+ Warn is what you need.

Got the solenoid installed a while back and still nothing!! So I finally got back in touch with them today, time zones had us playing phone tag. lol
Talked to a guy named Ray and he's sending me out a new controller and plug to see if that's the problem.
They've been so easy to work with. Smittybilt has great customer service!
