Why do threads in certain sections not show up on home page?

Why do threads in certain sections not show up on home page?
i was just wondering why threads in certain sections of the forum dont show up on the home page when you or someone else posts in them....like the SAS section for instance. thanks

It is just not set to, but I really can't say why. It is an option in vBulletin under, "Forum Listings Display Options."
