You have 2 choices

1. Call a mobile locksmith that has the Ford software to come to you and make you 2 new keys

2. Have the truck towed to a Ford dealership and have them make you 2 new keys

Ford does not keep the key information back to 2004, not past 10yrs in Canada.
So they cannot make me the key
if I show up with it rekeyed, they can program the pats system..maybe..for 200$
there are no mobile locksmith in my area

Another possibility, but no guarantee it works

Find another 2004 Ranger in a junk yard that has the same engine and transmission as yours

You will need the ECU
The instrument cluster
The ignition tumbler with key

The key is digitally matched to the instrument cluster
The instrument cluster is digitally matched to the ECU

So all 4 parts must be from the same truck.

If you try mixing and matching mismatched parts, you'll be worse off than you are now.
