1996-2001 Ford Explorer 5.0l V8 would be easiest, although not "easy"
You need to buy the whole explorer, to get all the parts you will need, and need at least 1 Key with it, if its a 1998-2001, for PATS

Swapping in another 3.0l Vulcan engine would be the "easy" swap
