Looks good though!
I cut it with a 4.5" cutting disk on my angle grinder. Ive gotten pretty good with one.

yeah you can get good with them, but the worst is how fast you can go through discs. But it beats buying a plasma setup.

yea, that is only 16 guage sheet so its real easy on the disk. I actually used a old disk that was pretty much gone to cut that out.

Yea Im very happy with the clearance I gained over the stock placement of the transfercase. I would like to have a completely flat skid on the bottom, but the work it would take to do that just isnt worth the little bit extra Id gain.

nice progress on the truck. You could still flat belly it with just a few sloped bump outs in it if you wanted. I'm sure it wouldnt really make any hang-ups, and it would look badass.

Yea the more I thought about it I realized that for the few small spots it hangs down I can just build it to fit. Nice to see someone else have the same idea.

Those doors are sweet, I wasn't sure about the design at first, but with the metal in there and the cupholder, it looks killer.

Nothing to update. If everything goes according to plan I should have some things to update in here in the next week or two though.

i hate welding thin metal never mind the patience needed to weld on the edges of sheet metal. Those doors are really nice!

Yea it is mig. I have .035 wire in it though so it welds that door like crap. I need to pick up some .025 wire so I can do the sheetmetal work I need to do a little cleaner.
