That top 3" will be cut off and and i will drill holes for a shifter. Needs to be extended as well as i have a body lift. For the boots i am going to keep looking for one like the red ranger guy has from an early ranger or B2. there are plenty at the yards around here just they are all broke :(

BTW i have fx4 shifter in the ranger now too. No pics though and i couldnt justify spending $60 on the shifter ball either so i got one from Napa, And the boot is someone i got from my uncle. Its real small.

Now i just need to find the rcm cover that came in the manual t-case trucks

Its easier for you to do it since you can find the extension housing without the OSS hole anywhere. The 2001 and up trucks need that hole so the OSS sensor can go in there. Its a lot harder to find the housing with the hole in it.

Whats with the lever, it looks similar to the gear splitter we used to have in one of the work trucks.

FWIW, the splitter reads " Up High, Down Low"

I still think you should have a blower connected to it Mad Max style. I'm sure you can use something similar to a A/C compressor magnetic clutch.
