not having gloves isnt too bad. Not nearly as hot as stick welding....atleast it feels like it

yeah i suppose..just be carefull

..the worst thing i ever had happen to me was an ember falling on my shorts while welding under the truck and it went through both sides right past the goods.. i was more than lucky

i get them falling in my ears ALL the time..now that sucker hurts

thanks for the comments guys. its getting there, been working on it every day from 10am to 1am.

Start of some coil adjusters that didnt work :(

Thanks Trevor. No i dont have any pictures. It just plug welded and welded at the middle. We turned the arm down in the lathe to 1.485" about 6" in.

Yeah, plan is to take it back the rear bar too, honestly I am not sure how much force is but into it. I cant say I have ever looked at other custom trans mounts.

Yea its one of 3 points that holds the powertrain in, so its usually needs to be pretty stout.
