Well... as many of you probably don't know it was my Birthday on the 12th so a couple days prior I ordered myself a rather healthy birthday present. Here's some pictures. For some reason my ARB compressor and Locker for the 9" didn't come with the order so I gotta call up Bronco Graveyard tomorrow to see what's up.
Anyway, here' some pictures of all the parts. I'll be sure to post up as everything gets assembled.
Everything
Hood Pins (Always wanted these), 5.13 for 44 and 9", and Dedenbear Knuckles
44 Bearings, Detroit Locker for 44, 9" Overhaul Kit, 760X U-Joints, and Hubs and Rotors
1 Outer 44 Shaft (I screwed one up, others looked good), 44 Bearing Kit, Ball Joints (Carboard Boxes), Solid D44 Diff Cover, and Warn Hubs
35 Spline Moser Axle Set for 9"

Kind of. I wanted to keep things simple and get as many parts in 1 order as possible. And as far as the sellers that had a good quantity of the parts I needed, Graveyard seemed like the best. Although there were a couple part "sets" that I just ordered each part individually because it was cheaper.
But like I said, I'm also a little disappointed right now because I'm missing my 10 Spindle Studs, my 9" 35 Spline ARB locker, and my ARB compressor and I haven't received any sort of notice saying those would be in a later shipment. We'll see what they have to say tomorrow when I call them.

Quick update on order status. After some more digging through the boxes I found the Packaging lists and the Spindle Studs.
The Packaging Lists say that the Moser Axle Set, the Air Compressor and the ARB Locker were all shipped seperately, so hopefully the Compressor and Locker should show up soon, still going to call them tomorrow just too double check.

Figured I'd give a quick update. Looks like the ARB parts were just shipped out of a different warehouse and are scheduled to arrive this Wednesday. Guys over at BroncoGraveyard cleared things up in less then 2 hours. Definitely seem like a good company if your looking for parts that came off a Bronco or F150.
Also, I'll give some props to Rockstomper.com (Dedenbear Knuckles) and Solidaxle.com (Diff Cover). All of them got the parts out here nice and quick even with Ground Shipping.

No real updates yet. I'm waiting to get paid at the end of the month, so I can pick up a couple more things (mainly some more tools like an Inch Pound Torque Wrench and a couple specialty tools for doing differentials). I'm still not exactly sure how I'm going to get everything apart without an air tools or a vice.... but I'll figure something out I'm sure. And if all else fails, I can just go to the folks house and use the ol' man's compressor and air tools.
I did order some more parts. I ordered up a 9" Disc Brake Conversion kit from BCBroncos that basically comes with everything. So after that arrives I'll probably give my first attempt at installing gears a go and see how bad I can screw it up. At the moment though I'm still waiting. Gotta give them a call sometime and see what's going on.

Well surprise surprise. I'm back and I actually did something today. After having a mostly wasted Saturday do to ungodly evil hangover (I really hate alcohol sometimes), I got to hit up the garage for a bit today. I got most of the 9" carrier torn down until I got to the damn Pinion Nut... and you guys were definitely right. No way I'm getting that off without an impact. So I'm stuck again until next weekend and then I'll head home to hopefully get the 9" completely torn down and maybe... maybe even start building it.
That or I'm going to mount the tires. Not sure yet.
Photos to come either today or tomorrow.

Actually got some stuff done today. I had wanted to try and get the 9" diff done, however, after driving the hour back to my parents house, I realized I brought all my tools, the ARB, the new Ring and Pinion, the rebuild bearing kit... and forgot the damn differential back in Minneapolis. Haha... oh well.. maybe next weekend. So anyway, I moved onto another project I could get done while here and that was getting the tires mounted with the Stauns.
Here's some pics.
3 out of the 4 done.
Getting ready to finish up the last one.
Inner tube inserted, only need to get the 2nd flap over the lip.
Only got to get the bead on now. That's dish soap on the edge of the tire if your curious.
Done (yay for multiple valve stems.. hehe).
Heres the tires next to the truck. This a barn about a mile from my parents house... more then likely where the build will take place. Looks so lonely all stored back behind all the stuff in there. As you can see I took it for one last cruise before parking it 2 months ago.
One other minor thing I did today. I got the frame mounts (the metal things on the floor) off the Radius Arms. Soon as I get some 3/16" plate, I'll box these and extend them.
And finally, something that I've had for about a year now... but haven't got up and running yet because of lack of motivation, funds, and time, but that will soon be a project. Some of you guys with some fab skills will know what this is I'm sure. It should be up and running within 2 months. Still need a stand, and the hydraulics for it to get it up and running.
