Its true, my truck has been on the back burner, its a DD and hauler for my water toys now. Just picked up this gem a few weeks ago.
Silver lake was awesome! great dunes, great area and some decent people. I don't have time in my life to deal with idiots, so i will not be joining on anymore group trips. Sucks, and call me a cry baby all you like. I demand respect of myself and my belongings; a lack of that and i have no interest wasting my time. I figured with enough decent people around, the fools would be corralled and handled. I was unfortunately proven wrong multiple times. You boys have fun with your dead animals and screwing with the ranger, ill enjoy the area peacefully to myself on my own time :)
I was also shocked at how nervous everybody was pulling my truck out of the sand. must do things different there, up north we strap and yank, and the truck is built with this in mind.
I wont be posting much of anything on the truck, its done, all together and i happy with it. I may sell it in the future for a f150 or a ram, might even check out the 14 sierra.
happy rangering boys, I'll see ya around.
