For Evan, all that stuff on the RCD lift seems in great shape, dont mind the rust just remove it and repaint everything(POR-15 would be best) for a good lift.

As far as I know, all you have to do is swap your front rotors to the 98-00 rotors due to their smaller size to use this lift on your truck

You just need the 11.28" rotors instead of your 12" setup. So I think your even good with an '02 setup. The upsize came mid model year '03.

I would be willing to bet it would be $500 for shipping. It would probably be $2-300 in the states so adding extra to Canada would bump it up.

I pallet shipped a steel bumper in the US for $125 from KY to Minnesota. FYI.

Also not sure if greyhound goes into Canada but that could be an option.

I used uship I believe. They were very helpful and there's a discount online also i think.
