with a little modification, his truck is a 98 and 01+ use a larger rotor. So the knuckle is slightly different. You will either need to run the old brake setup, which he said he would include, or drill out a new hole so you can use the rotors you have now.

Second half '03 have larger rotors...

'01 4x4 has the same rotors as a '98 4x4...

Rear is cake. I suggest running Explorer leaf springs and Belltech 6400 shackles. The springs can be had for about $50-100 from the local Pick-n-pull yards. Shackes are about $50 brand new.

I might have quoted the wrong post, but blah! lol.

I'll reply to your PM but I'll also note here that if you need a hand installing the kit, shoot me a message. I have a pole bard and all tools necessary to install the kit. I've done 3 Superlift installs so far. I work on beer and food. lol.

The kit linked earlier in the thread is a decent deal. And it sounds like it's a complete front end kit. Low ball him. Shippings gonna kill ya. But luckily, it's coming straight up I5 so it's not gonna hurt as much as it'll hurt anyone on the other coast.

I never picked it up because the guy had "10k" miles on it and it ended up being all beat up and ****. He was with 1100 but my dad was discouraged at the fact that if an RCD part is broken, it'll take forever to find another or it'll cost a bunch....
My dad was interested in the superlift though, although I was down with the coilover kit because it was a better ride. Oh well... The pain in all of this was tires because my dad just bought those brand new 31 inch BFG all terrains...
Shane shoot me a text, 5039362863 I need help with installing a OHC.

If you get a Superlift...just to the coilover conversion to it!

"Beat up and ****" meaning just dirty or......?? The guy wheeled it...heck he's putting in 1tons right meow. Cosmetic problems ain't no thang. One diff bracket needs reinforced because it's a flat piece of steel, but other than that, there is no problems with the RCD bracketry. Take any pics of the kit??

I'll shoot ya a text except I'm no OHC installer. lol. Only done one partial install and I covered up the hole with a CB. lol.
