Yahoo Autos Find: 02' Level II w/ Rare tan interior KY $9,995
Shane will love this! I found this while browsing the web bored. Its a 2002 Level II with the rare tan interior. I thought it had been all replaced until I noticed the "stone" pattern on the seats and the tan center console and tan mats. This is something you done see everyday in the Ranger world.

don't like the interior w/black combo
something that kinda bothers me... i don't think that's a level II... those front hooks, they don't sit in the vallance quite right, imo... looks like the valance has been trimmed to make them fit. there is no level II badging. Who would put nerf bars on a level II?

The 2002 FX4 is not a Level II but it is equivalent to a Level II. The term Level II did not come out until 2003. I am pretty sure that tan interior was only available in 2002 but I do know it was available in 2002. Not many came with it though because it was not very popular. I don't think it looks that bad but is very impractical for an off-road vehicle.
It has all the visual 2002 FX4 stuff right down to the floor mats.

As for the hooks, that's exactly where they're supposed to sit in the valence, if anything the valence is tweaked a lil bit, not the hooks. The reason they're the right hooks, is the valence and flares are black only on level 2's.
Like I said below this post, level II was NOT offered until 2003, which is why it doesn't say Level II on the bedsides, with it being a 2002.

Level II was not offered until 2003 when they change the FX4 Off-road to the FX4 Level II... In 2002 the 4x4 Off-road trim was the same as the FX4 Off-road in 2003.
The step bars, however, are not factory.

I think you mis-understood me, I said that that truck there is probably as rare as the Level II without fender flares. Ive only ever seen one of those trucks. And this is the 1st L II with tan interior. Therefore I was comparing the rare-ness of both vehicles
