2009 Ford Ranger XL
I am selling my 2009 ford ranger and a collapsible utility/motorcycle trailer. It is a 4 cylinder with 58xxx miles on it. Super low miles. Automatic transmission 7 ft bed. It has a camper shell and is registered as a passenger vehicle (means you don't pay weoght fees with the registration in California). It also has a heavy duty lumber rack that is attached to the bed, and was custom built to work with the camper shell. Great gas mileage! 19 city/24 freeway. I usually get 20+ mpg even with city driving, unless I'm hauling a lot of weight, then it can drop down to 18. It has supersprings on the back, which increases stability and keeps the truck level.
I have also had a DVD/Bluetooth/MP3/cd/aux player installed in the dash which has the capability of adding a rear backup camera to if desired. (I do not own a rear backup camera, so that is something you would have to add later if desired).Has a custom built tool storage unit in the bed. Has 4 side compartments, one 7 ft long pull out drawer, and a small tool chest. All of this can be hidden with a blanket. I've used the tool case as a bed while camping, as well as had it loaded full of tools for the job-site and are able to keep great organization and accessibility of tools. It's nice knowing even when the truck is full of expensive tools, the truck stays level (because of the super springs) and everything is out of sight, so no one would know you had anything in there.
This is great as a daily driver for a job that requires either moving a bunch of stuff, or construction type jobs. And also will work great if you wanted to go on a road trip or camping because you also have the option that you can sleep comfortably in the bed. With a memory foam mattress topper, this will sleep two confortably, but can handle more weight than that of you wanted to try and sleep more. It's 54" wide and 7 feet long. So it's roughly the size of a full size bed.
I am moving out of state in two weeks, so I need to sell this vehicle quickly. It is priced to sell, but I will listen to any reasonable offer.
$10,500 OBO
I am also willing to throw in a collapsable trailer in, for a reasonable price if I haven't sold it before an offer is made. The trailer is rated for 1195 lbs. The ramps fit on the side of the trailer. The image of me on the motorcycle is roughly 900lbs of weight (to give you an idea of how heavy duty these ramps are). The whole trailer will fold up and roll on casters and can be tucked in the back corner of a garage when not in use.
