The only thing the 3.0 is beter at is gas mileage. Ill give ya a free bump.

Only wish i could afford that SC cause i could always use more power

 

haha i dont even know about that, i know the 4.6 gets better fuel mileage then the 3.0 does. never looked at the 5.4

Do you still have the headers? are the ceramic coated or stainless? and what kind of hp gains am I looking at?

they are JBA Chrome headers. They have a passenger side EGR that I plugged because I dont have EGR.

um HP/TQ numbers you need to look on JBAs website. But on here they are like putting on a tuner. something like 10ft/lbs and 10hp but those are not accurate numbers.

we tryin to fix the one i have now or do u still have ur old one? both screw holes are cross threaded. not sure how that happened.

 

yeah we will stick that tailhousing in the milll and fix it.
