-ok guys, here we are again. because of legal issues I could not donate the GT like I wanted to. So it was pushed to the back burner while I was out acquiring a new job and getting settled into it. Once things settled down, I started back in to finish what I started. Here now I present my finished product. As stated before, the truck was repainted roughly 1.5 - 2 yrs ago. It is NOT a show truck paint job! my object was to give it some shine not only because of it's rarity, but the luster was gone from the old original Colonial white. the truck is over 25 yrs old. it has some dings here and there. It is a lifetime Alabama truck, so it is solid as a rock. I am the 3rd owner having owned it since Jan. of 2001. Second owner is local to me. I am selling because my priorities have changed and I have a larger truck now. This truck has given me no mechanical issues ever. It had 41k on it when I got it, and it now is roughly in the 260k range. I do not drive it regular anymore, or rarely at all. Here is what I have done to it just this last year.......
-installed a new windshield
-put in a new heater core
-found and installed a NOS red steering wheel
-installed new water pump along with new belts/hoses
-installed new clutch/P.P./T.O. brg/pilot brg
-had new 'Tuff' spray in bedliner installed
-4 new Capitol Sport VC608 tires with Nitrogen
-new Coverlay dash cover
-new grille
-installed new Motorcraft plugs/wires/dist cap/rotor
-new park/side marker lights
-new tail lights
-new cargo lamp
-installed new outer tie rod ends
prolly more, I just cant think of at the moment. These are rare trucks
and becoming more rare everyday. most are junked, wrecked, or stripped.
this one is complete and nothing 'major' has been changed that has not been an improvement
or cannot be reversed. the front brakes have been upgraded to '95/up slightly larger rotors
with dual piston calipers. truck rides on KYB shocks all around. Wheels are AFS replica 17x9, special order white. both front
and rear sway bars have poly bushings in them, along with the radius arms. original fog lamps have been replaced
with brighter driving lights. The new paint is Ford color Z1 Performance White.
wont find many, if any GTs this nice in this shape, ready to drive. Truck is
also for sale at a local high traffic used car lot, so don't delay. Any questions you may have, feel free to call or text me anytime.,

sorry for the double/trip post. IDK how that happened. please remove them...

 

-took and had fresh oil change done. drained and filled tranny with fresh fluid. removed old spare tire/wheel and put in a 17" 5-spoke mustang wheel with matching size tire. installed new door strikers, new dome lite lens cover, and new brake and clutch pedal pads......

$4k takes her. all the work is done, just needs a new home. LOTS of time and money invested it this thing. hate to see it just
sitting not being used/driven......call or text......
